What is Blue Lead?
The Blue Lead is an ancient gold-bearing river channel buried millions of years ago beneath layers of volcanic rock.
While much of it was mined out during the early days of California gold mining, remaining sections still exist deep underground — and that’s where our material comes from.
This is not surface material or imported dirt. It comes from the same buried system that produced some of the richest gold deposits in the Sierra foothills.
