At Sierra Mountain Honey Farms, we stand behind the authenticity and care that goes into our products.

Because many of our products are handmade, natural, seasonal, perishable, custom, or recreational in nature, sales are generally considered final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a clear fulfillment issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos so we can review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Refundable Items

We generally do not accept returns or refunds on:

Opened food products
Honey or consumable goods
Paydirt products
Seasonal greenery
Custom or handmade items

Paydirt Disclaimer

Our paydirt is authentic material sourced from active Sierra Nevada Blue Lead mining areas. It is crushed mining material, not washed concentrate, and it is never salted.

Gold recovery amounts vary. No guaranteed gold amount, value, or recovery result is promised or implied.
