WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Our honey isn’t blended, filtered down, or sourced from multiple locations.
It comes from our own hives, influenced by what’s blooming around us—wildflowers, trees, and seasonal shifts in the Sierra foothills.
WHEN IT’S AVAILABLE (IMPORTANT)
Honey is harvested once per season, typically late summer through early fall.
Once it’s gone, it’s gone until the next season.
WHAT YOU’LL NOTICE
Color, flavor, and texture can vary from year to year depending on weather, bloom conditions, and hive activity.
This isn’t inconsistency—it’s what real honey looks like.
WHAT IT ISN’T
No additives
No artificial feeding during production
No imported or blended honey
THE HIVES
Our hives are kept on our property and managed as part of daily life here—not commercial-scale production.
What we harvest reflects the health of the land and the bees themselves.
