Availability changes throughout the year. What’s offered depends on the season, weather, and harvest conditions, which means selection is always rotating and never mass-produced.

Produce is handled simply and kept as close to its natural state as possible. Expect variation in size, shape, and color—these aren’t uniform grocery store items, they’re real harvest goods grown and picked by hand.
